Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

- Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
- Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.

- Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
- Disable user accounts.
- Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.
Return and Refund Policy
You are eligible for a refund or an exchange within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After 14 days, the returns/refund request will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return or a refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as supplied. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS:
We aim to process all the refunds within 5 working days of the product being received at our warehouse. Once we have received your returned items will notify you via email about the return process after we have conducted the inspection.
The shipping charge is non-refundable on all orders and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you would like to return a product please contact us via the contact us page that can be found at the bottom of our home page. We do not entertain any refunds/refunds on our website chat, tiktok or Instagram.
- We do not offer refunds/returns on sale items.
- We do not accept any returns that are requested beyond 14 days’ eligibility period.
- We offer replacements for the items lost in the post or received damaged (photographic evidence is required for damaged and broken items). We may request you to post the damaged products back to us.
- Please allow us 14 days from the postal date to arrange a replacement if the item is lost in transit.
